Application for Certificate of Professional Achievement Programs

Students seeking entrance into the Certificate of Professional Achievement Program must submit an application form, $100.00 application fee payable to Columbia Video Network, and official transcripts from all previous colleges and universities. In order for transcripts to be official, they must arrive in the CVN office in an envelope signed and sealed by the sending institution. CVN recommends students have the official transcripts sent to themselves, then include the unopened transcripts along with the application form and application fee in one large envelope to CVN.
