Course Description: Integrated circuit device characteristics and models; temperature- and supply-independent biasing; IC operational amplifier analysis and design; feedback amplifiers, stability and frequency compensation techniques; noise in circuits; low-noise design. Computer-aided analysis techniques are extensively used. An extensive design project is an integral part of the course.
